Clear Sound Audiology is offering contactless, curbside service for our hearing aid patients.
With Florida under shelter-in-place orders by the governor, we want to emphasize the importance of staying at home except for essential business or activities. As your audiologists and hearing care professionals, we know that hearing is an essential part of life. We want to make sure you are continuing to hear your best while also protecting your health and safety.
Our staff is working hard to continue to provide premium, professional cleaning of your hearing aids while you wait in the comfort of your car. When you arrive at our parking lot, give our office a call (352-505-6766) and let the staff know your name and they will instruct you on leaving your hearing aids on the desk at the entrance of our office. Then you may go back to your car and relax while we fully clean and service your hearing aids, including restocking you with batteries and supplies if needed. We will call you once your hearing aids are ready to be picked up at the table again.
As many of our patients are considered high-risk individuals during this pandemic, we plan to continue to offer curbside service indefinitely to keep everyone safe. Additionally, if you are having any COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, please stay home and contact your healthcare provider.
As usual, we ask that you kindly make an appointment for these curbside services. We are currently operating under limited office hours of 10:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.
We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. Please do not hesitate to call our office if you need additional services beyond cleaning your hearing aids, as our doctors are seeing patients on a case-by-case basis and also offering telehealth appointments.
